WONDERFUL!! My husband is defending our country on state side, however it is still very hard for our two boys, 5 and 18 months, for their daddy to be gone. You girls have done a wonderful job expressing how others feel.

I saw an article in GX mag I needed to check you two out. Fantastic. I grew up an Army Brat myself to a Special Forces dad. You girls hit the nail on the head. Beautiful voices. You two are going to give a lot of hope and strength to not only families but soldiers as well. God will bless you in so many ways.

The tears are flowing - just went through the very first Christmas without my baby girl, who is in Iraq. Only those who experience it know the heartache - and your song certainly expresses it well. Thank you and God bless!

Your song was very touching and beautiful. My husband is in the California Army National Guard. I've been blessed to have him home for a little over a year now since his 1st tour in Iraq. We have a 7 month old baby girl and we're enjoying every minute we have with her. The story behind "The Price of Peace" was very touching and inspiring; I didn't want to put down the article. I wish you young ladies the best in all your endeavors and may the Lord continue to bless you, your family, the soldiers who protect us on a daily basis and their families.
God bless, Jessica & Family

Alyssa and Cassy,
I've had the privilege of working with your father for several years now. I've seen his concern for the thousands of IL Soldiers that have deployed and the compassion for there families left at home. I'm grateful that he has instilled the same traits in you girls. You've done a awesome job on the song, the lyrics were right on. Hart you did an awesome job producing the song. I've done the studio thing and it's not easy. God has blessed you all with great talents and I pray you never forget to give Him all the Glory. Blessings- Mac

This is a great and heartfelt song. My husband just got home from his deployment 6 mos ago. We have a little girl who is 3 and she thought daddy was on a plane the whole time. It was pretty tough, her not understanding and having to see her dad on a computer screen or hear him on the phone. She didnt understand. Deployments are hard. We just have to stay strong. You guys did a good job. God Bless you all and Merry Christmas!

I wanted to "Thank You" for the wonderful song. As the father of two daughters who had to endure the very thing that you sang about while I was in Iraq (2003-2004), I must say that your song was very uplifting. I had mydaughters listen to it and then asked them if that typified their perspective - the answer was a resounding "Yes!"
I would like to share the story of when I returned home to Fort Riley. When I got off the bus, the first one to greet me was my (then 14 year old) daughter who nearly knocked me over when she ran and jumped into my arms. Oh I forgot to say that she is not evn five feet tall and barely weighed 100 pounds but through her joy at seeing me home was enough to make me take a few steps backwards.
Thanks again for the message in the song. Keep up the good work. God Bless you and your family.

Hello,
My brother John, works for State Farm, he sent this to me, it made my day.. What a wonderfull song.
I live in Jacksonville,IL
I have a son Sgt. Dan Murray(Army) serving in Iraq,he's been there over a year. He is scheduled to be home early December. I also had my youngest brother get back from Iraq just over a year ago.
He at the time worked for State Farm while serving in the Colorado ArmyGuard..
I never did appreciate how tough it was on my mom and dad, while my brother was over there, that was until my own son was deployed.
Soon his tour will be over, and the family will be relieved once more to have their son back home.

Hart, you did a great job with the co-writing and the producing. Your talents brought this song to another level. You understood what the song needed to say and how it needed to be said. It is also very obvious that you were all raised with a deep respect for God and country, and it is easy to understand why your parents are so proud, as they should be. So many things are wrong in this country, and you all have truley given it a bright spot. Thanks for sharing your talents, we are all better for it. May God bless you all.
